Jayne joined the Massachusetts Small Business Development Center in 2016 as the Client Services Coordinator for the Berkshire Region. In January 2024, she was promoted to Program Coordinator. In her current role, Jayne provides technical assistance to small businesses throughout Berkshire County in various areas, including marketing, business planning, financial projections, social media, and other management needs. She serves as the liaison for the Berkshire Business Community, resource partners and stakeholders.  

 Born and raised in the Berkshires, Jayne has spent over 22 years working with the small business community, both in her current role and in marketing sales at local radio stations. As a former small business owner herself, she understands the needs of small businesses.

Jayne is a dedicated business advisor with years of experience supporting businesses from various industries. She understands the importance of working with other area economic development organizations to effectively align and support key local small business initiatives.
