Timothy Kiely joined the Massachusetts Small Business Development Center in 2025 as a Senior Business Advisor.

Tim comes to the Massachusetts SBDC with 20-plus years of banking experience in Berkshire County. Having worked with small businesses throughout his time at various institutions in the County, his experience brings a wealth of knowledge to small businesses looking for resources, skills, and tools to build a strong organization. Most recently, as Program Manager for EforAll-Berkshire County, he guided start-ups and operating small businesses through the bi-annual Business Accelerator, which helps Entrepreneurs build skills ranging from bookkeeping, social media marketing, selling to your customers, etc.

Tim has been involved in the community with various organizations, including as the former Chairman of the Berkshire Young Professionals, a graduate of the Berkshire Leadership Program, a former 1Berkshire Ambassador, a former Finance Committee Member for the Town of Dalton, a former Board of Governors Member of the Community Recreation Association for the Town of Dalton, and a Board Director at the Coolidge Hill Foundation.
