Frontrunner Bus

New England Wheels (DBA Frontrunner Bus) came to the Government Sales Advisory Program with an urgent request to assist with getting SAM.Gov access as its administrator had lost access due to unforeseen circumstances.

The Massachusetts SBDC advisor guided the client through the process and they regained access to its SAM account. The client was responding to a multi-year multi-million-dollar RFP and not only needed access to its SAM account, but needed to locate and update their reps and certifications. These documents were needed immediately for proposal submission as the client was leaving shortly for a trip out of the country.

The advisor was called upon again a few months later to locate and access the reps and certifications for another proposal request. In both cases, the advisor was able to assist the client with making critical proposal deadlines. The advisor enjoyed working closely with New England Wheels as they pursue and win government contracts which are extremely important to its business growth and sustainability.
