Office for a four-part webinar series on intellectual property. This
series will include an overview of intellectual property, ways to
protect IP, patents, trademarks, copyright, filing applications; resources available to inventors, innovators and entrepreneurs;
understanding and interacting with the Patent Trial and
Appeal Board (PTAB); and patent searching. Bring your questions as there will be time for
Q&As
at the end of each session.

Appeal Board (PTAB) The Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) conducts trials, including inter partes, post-grant, and covered business method patent reviews and derivation proceedings, hears appeals from adverse examiner decisions in patent applications and reexamination proceedings, and renders decisions in interferences.
